Transcription works for IVR calls too

Earlier, Transcriptions worked for regular calls but not for IVR/workflow calls

Now, Transcriptions work for IVR calls too

As always, calls need to be recorded to be transcribed

Enable call transcription under account settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Voice Intelligence
